Grace M. Hahn, age 80, died Sunday, September 28, 2014.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Donald E. Hahn; son David D. Hahn of Charlotte, NC; sister Madeline Moen of Madison, WI.
Cremation has taken place per Grace's wishes and there will be no services.
Memorials may be made to either: The Neonatal Clinic of Akron Children's Medical Center, The American Heart Association, The American Cancer Society, or The Hospice of VNS c/o Akron General Foundation.
