Ruth Ann Norman

Ruth Norman, 89, of Akron, was called home to heaven and took her place among the angels on May 13,2021.

She graduated from Jane Addams High School in June of 1950. Ruth was a loving mother, grandmother and friend. All who knew her will never forget her chocolate chip cookies and her apple pie. One of her passions in life was roller skating.

She was preceded in death by husband, Mearl, survived by son, Rick Wagner (Sandy), daughter, Sharon Wagner; sister, Janice Smith along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A private family service will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Akron. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Serenity Hospice, St. Jude Children research or the charity of your choice.
