Audrey Ludwick (nee Corris)

Audrey Ludwick (nee Corris) 94, passed away peacefully at her home on October 21, 2019. 

She was born October 11, 1925 in Akron, Ohio.  She married William Ludwick in 1947, enjoying many years together until his passing in 2002. Audrey briefly worked as a model, then as a secretary at North High School in Akron. In the past they were active members of First United Church of Christ, Akron.  Audrey was a fun-loving person who enjoyed reading, knitting, playing cards and lively games of ping pong with her husband and family.  Audrey truly enjoyed spending time with her extended family, all of whom were very important to her.  Most recently she resided at Jennings Center in Garfield Heights where she continued to be actively engaged in the many daily activities offered. 

Audrey is survived by her two daughters, Patricia Ludwick (Butch Sherman) of Duxbury, VT and Marilyn DeMuth (John) of Brecksville, OH; grandchildren, Geoffrey, Holly, Bonnie (Troy), Stephanie, and Gage; great-grandchildren, Maxstar, Aryeh, Leslie, Spencer, Morgan, Madeline, and Isla; great-great granddaughter Ava; as well as many nieces and nephews. Audrey was preceded in death by three sisters and granddaughter, Tamara.

Visitation will be at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Road, Akron, Ohio on Monday, November 25th, from 5 to 7 p.m., during which time a brief prayer service in remembrance of Audrey will be held. Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
