Cory T. Ostrowski, 26, died March 28, 2016.

Loving son, grandson, brother, and nephew, he is survived by his mother, Michelle Ostrowski; father, David (JoAnn) Ostrowski; brothers and sister, Bryan, Joseph, Christian and Ariana; step-sisters, Samantha (Thomas) and Tricia (Jason); grandmothers, Betty Williams (Dean) and Marjorie Hart; uncles and aunts, Ron, Todd, Kathie (Rod), Tami (Bob), Joe (Nancy), Hunter; and many cousins.

Friends may call at the Billow FALLS Chapel, 1907 23rd St., FRIDAY from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. where a service will be held at 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Suicide Prevention Care Fund ( www.suicidepreventioncarefund.org ) (Billow FALLS Chapel)
