E. Dolores "D" Ross

E. Dolores "D" Ross, of Akron, died January 13, 2017 while under the care of hospice. She was born May 7, 1928.
D was united in marriage to John Ross in 1950. Being a military wife she had the opportunity to live in several states where she made several life-long friends. D and John enjoyed hosting friends for get-togethers especially for their anniversary and Derby Day.
In death she rejoins her husband of 62 years. She is survived by her daughter, Beth Severidt; grandsons, Mike (Megan) Severidt and Doug Severidt; and great-grandsons, Brennan and Mason.
A memorial service will be held at Fairlawn Lutheran Church on Friday, March 10 at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour before (10 a.m.) the service at the church; lunch follows the service. Inurnment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at 1:45 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Fairlawn Lutheran Church Parish Arts, 3415 W.
