Evelyn Carston Wilson, 91, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2015.

She was born in Akron and retired as a teacher from the Norton City Schools. Mrs. Wilson was a member of Copley United Methodist Church since 1957 where she taught Sunday School and sang in the choir.

Preceded in death by her parents, sister, Ruth, son, James, and granddaughter, Sarah; survived by her husband of 67 years, David and daughter, Margaret Wilson Lytz (Michael).

Services will be held at 6:30 p.m. TUESDAY at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., with Rev. Erik Marshall officiating. Friends may call one half hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Private entombment at Mt. Peace Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of VNS c/o AGMC Foundation, One Akron General Ave., Akron, OH 44307. (Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel)
