Harold W. Dietz, M.D., 82, died April 11, 2010 following surgery.
Born in Dayton, Kentucky to Harold and Grace McMinn Dietz, he was a member of New Covenant Community Church. Following a 20 year career in the United States Air Force, he was employed by B.F. Goodrich until his retirement.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Mary; sons, Gregory S. Jane and Douglas W.; daughter, Carol S. Ken Burgener; and grandchildren, Jerilyn Ryan, Megan, Daniel, Joel, Kyle and Erin.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday at New Covenant Community Church, 2095 W. Market St., with Rev. Dr. Richard O. Griffith officiating. Private interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Friends may call at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday.
