Henry W. Tewalt, age 91, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2015.
Born and raised in Marion, Ohio, Henry resided in Bath and Copley. He served in the U.S. Navy in the Pacific Theater during WW II; he retired from Ohio Edison. He loved animals, enjoyed gardening, and also loved traveling, especially to Topsail Island in North Carolina as well as the upper peninsula of Michigan. Henry was a very talented handyman and a "Mr. Fix-it."
Survivors include his wife Sondra; sister-in-law Kay Shoemaker; several nieces and nephews; and his pals: Mollie, Mitzi, and Kalvin.
Sondra would like to thank everyone at Arden Courts of Bath for their loving care of Henry.
There will be no services at this time. Memorials may be made in Henry's honor to the Medina County SPCA, P.O. Box 135, Medina, Ohio, 44258.
