Joan M. Depner (nee Karas) passed away Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at the age of 89.
Preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Joan is survived by her daughters, Laurel (Donald) Cochran and Leslie Fouser and grandchildren, John ( Ashley) and Samantha Fouser.
Longtime member of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, Joan was also a 50 year+ member of the Brecksville Women's Club where she organized, among other things, the BBL.
Joan was an avid reader, golfer, bowler and world traveler. Her love of nature was evident, but she most cherished the togetherness of her family.
At her request, a private family service will take place at Highland Drive Cemetery, where she will be interred. (Billow, 330-867-4141)
