Lauren Marie Weigand

Lauren Marie Weigand, age 56, of Akron, OH, died peacefully on August 17th, 2026. She was born in Akron on June 2nd, 1970. Lauren was a graduate of the University of Akron and earned a bachelor’s degree in fine arts.

Preceded in death by her grandfather, Charles Francis; and grandmother, Constance Margaret (Meesam). Lauren is survived by her mother, Ann Katherine “Nancy” Weigand; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Private services have been arranged. There will not be any services for the public at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Lauren’s name may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
