Robert L. Flick

Robert L. Flick, 91, died May 13, 2014.

Born in Akron, he was an active member of The Chapel and the Summit Lapidary and Mineral Society. A U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, Pacific Theater, Robert retired as a letter carrier from the U.S. Post Office.

Preceded in death by his granddaughter, Aimee Graves and son-in-law, Bill Schroyer; he is survived by his wife, Dorothea; daughters, Jody (John) Crow and Toby Schroyer; son, Gregory (Elaine) Flick; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.

Services will be held 11:30 a.m. TUESDAY at the Billow FALLS Chapel, 1907 23rd St., with bill cross officiating. Interment with military honors at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home MONDAY from 5 to 7 p.m. and one hour before service TUESDAY. Memorials may be made to Children's Hospital Medical Center of Akron. (Billow FALLS Chapel)
