Sally C. Gannon

Sally C. Gannon, age 86, died peacefully on August 27th, 2026 after a courageous battle with pancreatic caner. She was born in Akron, OH on September 26th, 1939 to parents Christy and Mary Zickefoose (nee Squires).

Preceded in death by her parents, she is survived by her three children, Jay W. Johnson II, John W. Johnson, Jr., and Marjorie Knoch (Kevin); grandchildren, Stephanie Miller (Nick), Russell Johnson (Kourtlyn), Christopher Hudson, David Johnson, and Hannah Johnson; six great-grandchildren; her sister, Joan Culbertson (Roy); and her nephew, Richard Culbertson.

Sally’s memory will live on in the hearts of her family and in the hearts of all those whose lives she touched. Private services will be held.
