Steven Gawain Williamson

Steven Gawain. Williamson was born August 9,1946 in Victoria, Virginia and died September 22, 2025 at Cleveland Clinic Justin T. Rogers Hospice Care Center. He was 79 years of age.

Steve was a graduate of Virginia Tech. He served as a Purchasing Manager at Solutia, a Global Product Manager at Monsanto and most recently a Purchasing Manager at Lubrizol where he eared national Employee of the Year.

Steve and his wife Sarah (Sally) of over 30 years lived in New Melle, Missouri and then in Medina, Ohio where they raised and fostered Great Pyrenees. They had numerous pets on the farm including their Paso Fino horses. They donated their time and generosity to various animal causes. Our family always enjoyed time fishing their farm pond during our visits.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Nel Williamson and his wife, Sally. He leaves behind his Sister-in-law and husband, Ruth and Tom Plant of Bradenton, FL; his niece, Katharine Plant, nephew and his wife, Charles and Sara Plant both of Hudson along with four great nieces and nephews.

There will be no public memorial service. He asked that his ashes be spread by Sally. The family would like to pay special thanks for the many friends and neighbors who supported Steve since his wife's passing but especially in this past year.
