Susan Leidal, 87, died Dec. 28, 2009.
Born in Gyorkony, Hungary, she came to the United States in 1952. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, the German American Club and the German Family Society.
Preceded in death by husband, Michael, she is survived by son, Andy Mary Kay; daughter, Mary Ann Parcell; grandchildren, Ryan and Joseph Leidal, Brian Renee Parcell, Adam Heather Parcell, Edward Debbie Kolar Parcell, Shaun Tammy Forshay Parcell; great-grandchildren, Bradley, Jessica, Alexis, Hailey, Faith, Aryia and Isabella Parcell; sister, Rose Sensenstein; and niece, Betty Wise and family.
Services will be held 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., with Rev. John C. Eiwen officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home 3 to 6 p.m. TODAY. Should friends desire, memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church, 139 S. High St., Akron 44308.
