Wilton Earle Mullen Workman, 74, of Akron, died Saturday, March 4th 2017 after a short illness.
Born November 18th, 1942, in Spartanburg S.C. she was the daughter of William L. and Ann Crawford Mullen. She was a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta Georgia.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Gerald Robert "Rob" Workman II; brother, William "Bill" Linwood Mullen Jr. and sister Lucia Mullen Balmer. Survivors include her husband, Dr. Robert Gerald Workman; son, Monte Workman; daughter, Lynn Workman; grandson Monte Workman Schellenberger; brother Robert Hale Mullen; sisters Anne Kudner, Monty Mullen and brother in law Julian Hankinson.
A graveside will be held at a later date at the Christ Church Historic Churchyard in Greenville, S.C. Memorial Contributions can be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, www.cff.org .
