Arthur I Reilly

Arthur I. Reilly, born May 20, 1928, passed away peacefully surrounded by family one day after his 94th birthday at The Village of St Edward in Fairlawn, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Lois M. Reilly, parents, John and Helen Reilly, sister, Helene Meunch, brothers, John and Edward Reilly, granddaughter, Lauren Reilly and son in law, Fredric Chopko.

He is survived by his children, Arthur I Reilly, Jr (Lynn), Brian Reilly (Gail), Diane Chopko, Paul Reilly, Maribeth Fender (Jeff) and Denise Niedt (Kevin); his grandchildren, Corey, Brian Jr, Tyler, Hannah, Kyle, Trevor, Blaine, Jack and Sam; and his sister, Kathleen Gregory.  

Art attended Fordham Prep and Fordham University in New York, served in the Korean War and had a successful career at General Tire where after 37 years he retired to North Carolina.

A Celebration of his Life will be held at a later date at Our Lady Star of the Sea in North Myrtle Beach where he will be interred.
