Donna Swain Obituary
Donna Marie Swain, 96, of Akron passed away on August 24, 2022. Donna was born in Akron, Ohio on May 22, 1926 to the late Harvey and Kathryn Hanes. She was an Artist and volunteered at Akron Children’s Hospital, painting the murals on the walkway bridge between the parking garage and the hospital for 25 years.
Preceded in death by her husband Paul and children Joseph, Patrick and Lisa Marie. She is survived by her children Michael Kulesza of Akron, Debbie McWilliams of Conifer, CO and Tammie Kulesza of Athens, OH; grandchildren Tobi Kunz and Josh Gourson both of San Diego, CA and 6 other grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and niece Kathy Miller.
A committal inurnment service will take place at 10:15 AM on Thursday October 20, 2022 at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
