Judith E. Alekna (nee Preiksa)

Judith E. Alekna (nee Preiksa), age 78, of Uniontown, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 9, 2022.

Judy enjoyed reading and taking exciting trips to the casino. She loved to travel with her husband. Family was the most important thing to Judy, especially spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.

Judy is preceded in death by her husband, Paul J. Alekna, parents, Peter and Gertrude (nee Mayes) Preiksa, brother, Paul, and sister, Dorothy Jo.

She is survived by her beloved sons, Paul (Barb), David (Kim), and Michael (Kristina); grandchildren, Katelyn, Andrew, Lyndsey, Brittany, and Kendall; great grandchildren, Mason, Grant, and Luke; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, April 14, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd., Fairlawn, OH 44333. Funeral service will commence at 1:00 PM. Interment immediately following in Rose Hill Burial Park.
