Kenneth "Kenny" Cavanaugh Obituary

Kenneth Raymond Cavanaugh, 67, of Akron, Ohio, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2021 at Cleveland Clinic Hospice.

Ken was born on November 24, 1953 in Akron, Ohio to Ronald and Marguerite Cavanaugh. His happiest times were with his wife, Lisa. He had many jobs and projects throughout his life, the most important being the caregiver to his father in his last years. Ken was a kind person with a good soul who found the real secret to life is to live imperfectly with great delight.

He was preceded in death by his parents, spouse, Lisa Cavanaugh (née Perrine) and sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Ronald Buterbaugh.

Kenny was loved and will be missed by his sisters, Joyce Hickman, Mary Beth (George) Seeley and brother, David (Cathe) Cavanaugh; step-children, Elizabeth, Cooper and Zachary (Julie) Morris; and step-grandchildren, Jaz and Declan Morris; as well as nieces and nephews.

Per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a future date.
