Nicholas "Nick" Lawrence Thomas Corpora

Nicholas “Nick” Lawrence Thomas Corpora left this world far too soon on April 30th, 2021 at the age of 19. He was born in Akron, Ohio, and a graduate of Copley High School, class of 2020. Nicholas was in his second year at the University of Cincinnati, majoring in Business Analytics. He was a loving soul, beloved by friends and family.  His humor and sharp wit were a complement to his always calm and gentle nature.  Nicholas loved sports, especially his Philadelphia Eagles, he was an avid skateboarder and gamed with his friends.

 He was the beloved son of Thomas and Nalini Corpora and brother of Cerina; nephew to Nita and James McCargar, Lori and Mark Manthey, and Corine and Don Corpora; cousin to Ryan, Nalini (Stinnett), and Arora McCargar, Aaron Corpora, and Kurt and Ryan Manthey; great-nephew of Lee and Mary Jean Corpora, Len and Patricia Corpora, and Vidya Prakash Chawla. Nick was preceded in death by grandparents Sardari and Sunita Arora, and Lawrence and Mary Ann Corpora as well as cousin Leah Corpora. The family is especially grateful to those who Nicholas called “friend.”

The family will receive visitors on Friday, May 7, from 4-8 PM and Saturday, May 8, from 10-11 AM at Billow Fairlawn Chapel, 85 N. Miller Road, Akron.  A Celebration of Nick’s life will be held at Billow’s on Saturday at 11AM. The service will also be livestreamed on the Billow Funeral Home Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/BillowFuneralHomes . A religious service will be held at Todaro’s Party Center beginning at 1:00 PM.
