Sharon VonAlt

On January 7, 2017, our beloved Sharon Lynn VonAlt was welcomed into the arms of our Lord after a courageous battle with cancer.
Sharon was born in Johnstown, PA on May 4, 1960 and graduated from North High School in Akron, OH. She lived most of her life in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. She worked as a Quality Control Technician at Giesecke & Devrient in Twinsburg, OH.
Sharon is survived by her parents, James and Judith VonAlt of Cuyahoga Falls; sisters, Ann (Thomas) Ziegler, Patricia (Kenneth) Walter; Kimberly Grable and Julie (Jeff) Humphrey; nieces, Michele, Jessica, Kylie, Erika and Angela; nephews, Brian, Kevin, and Robert; great niece and nephew, Evelyn and Derek Jr.; and her best friend, Cindy Woods.
Sharon had a beautiful spirit and was known for her keen wit, kindness, generosity, and bright smile. Her kind soul touched the hearts of everyone that was fortunate enough to know and love her. Sharon's time on this earth was too short and we will miss her greatly, but we are comforted to know that she is at peace in the Lord's loving arms.
Services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at the Billow FALLS Chapel, 1907 23rd St., with Pastor Matthew Skifstad officiating. Family will receive friends 4-7 p.m. Thursday and 1 hour before services.
